Rules of the Network

How this works, in plain language.

Every rule below is applied the same way to everyone; most are enforced by the system, and the numbers are read live from its settings.

Advisors · 18 rules

If you are an Advisor

You own the relationship. These rules exist so that ownership means something and so that no one has to arbitrate whose account it is.

Registering an opportunity

  1. You register one specific opportunity (one customer, one problem), not a whole company.
  2. You describe the problem in your own words in a few sentences (at least 200 characters), naming a real problem rather than a category.
  3. At least one named contact must know you and take your call; an introduction path is not a registration.
  4. You must have had a two-way conversation about the problem within the last 60 days.

Protection

  1. An approved registration protects you for 90 days, extended to 180 only when the customer or RGC4, not you, confirms the value is above $250,000.
  2. You log each substantive customer interaction on the registration within 2 business days of it happening.
  3. A registration lapses after 45 days without logged activity, even if protection time remains.
  4. You may relinquish a registration at any time; it ends protection immediately and is not treated as a lapse.
  5. When a registration becomes an engagement, you have first right of registration on new opportunities at that customer for the life of the engagement and 180 days after its planned end.
  6. A lead RGC4 brings you is RGC4's until you register it under these rules; then it is protected like any other.
  7. A customer who comes to RGC4 without an Advisor is RGC4's, and if RGC4 assigns you to that customer it is shown to you as an RGC4 account.

Tier and capacity

  1. You may hold 3 open registrations at once, or 5 while the network is new, and the number grows as your registrations turn into engagements.
  2. Your tier is computed from your profile and history rather than declared by you, and decides whether you may lead a larger program.
  3. If an opportunity turns out to be part of a larger program beyond your tier, you keep credit for the component you registered and RGC4 designates a program lead.
  4. Your standing is measured by whether discovery meetings actually get booked, not by how strong you say a relationship is.
  5. Advisor services and tools become available once there is an opportunity to review and you commit to a monthly license.

Privacy and conduct

  1. You will never see another Advisor's registrations, contacts, or problem statements, and they will never see yours.
  2. You do not contract directly with a customer or Provider for opportunities registered through RGC4, or hire their people around RGC4.

RGC4 Corporate · 5 rules

What RGC4 Corporate commits to you

RGC4 sits in the middle deliberately. These are the obligations that go with it.

How decisions are made

  1. Decisions that can be made by rule are made by rule, and the rule is published here before it is applied to you.
  2. AI assesses and explains; it never makes a binding decision about your standing, your work, or your money.
  3. An automated decision about your registration, standing or offering that goes against you carries a request for review, and a person at RGC4 answers it.
  4. Scores never move your standing below probation on their own; a suspension for conduct or performance is decided by a person at RGC4.

Information

  1. Customer and engagement information stays inside the engagement, and is never sold or used as training material.

These rules are not the agreement.

They describe how the network operates. The agreement is a separate document you review and accept, and it governs compensation, ownership, and confidentiality.
