Explore working with RGC4

Working independently doesn't have to mean building everything on your own.

We'd like to understand what you want to accomplish, how you work, and where the right support could help you make progress.

Together, we can develop a plan to build service opportunities around your relationships, experience, and goals, with your guidance setting the direction and RGC4 providing the support to help move opportunities forward.

You remain the trusted advisor. Our goal is to give you the backing to execute with confidence and improve your chances of success.

Please confirm your selection before submitting; it cannot be changed afterward.

Step 1 of 4

Let’s get acquainted

A brief introduction to how we could work together.

Understanding the collaboration

  • This is not employment. RGC4 is not an employer, job-placement service, or franchise.
  • There is no salary and no guaranteed income.
  • There are no guaranteed leads, projects, or revenue.
  • Participation is subject to review and approval.
  • Compensation and account ownership are governed by a separately executed agreement.
  • We’ll discuss confidential commercial terms directly as we explore working together.
  • Deal registration is subject to validation and approval.
  • Please let us know about any non-compete, non-solicitation, confidentiality obligation, or other existing commitment that could affect our work together.

Step 2 of 4

Your background

Share whatever gives us useful context about your experience. A LinkedIn profile or website is welcome; a résumé is optional.

Résumé

Optional, and the quickest start.

DEMO / PLACEHOLDER — COUNSEL REVIEW REQUIRED

If you tick this box, an AI service will read your résumé and any documents you add here for two things: to fill in the questions they answer, for you to check and correct before you submit; and, for your résumé, to prepare a short summary for the person at RGC4 who reviews your application. The service is Anthropic.

A person makes every decision. The summary only helps them read; it never accepts or declines anyone.

Before anything is sent, RGC4 removes contact details, identity and tax numbers, bank and card details, and passwords.

RGC4 keeps your documents and the summary in its own database. They are not used to train any AI model.

Attaching a résumé here needs this tick. If you would rather not, leave it unticked and skip the résumé: you can still add other documents and links, which only a person at RGC4 will read, and answer the questions yourself.

PDF, Word or plain text, up to 4 MB. Optional.

Supporting documents

Optional. Certifications, references or case studies.

0 of 10 added

PDF, Word, Excel, PNG or JPEG, up to 4 MB each, up to 10 files. An AI service reads text documents once to fill in questions still empty. Please do not upload tax forms, bank details, IDs or passwords.

Add anything useful. You do not need to organize it. RGC4 will review it and build your profile from what you provide.

For example: LinkedIn, a personal website, a resume link, portfolio, case studies, certifications, project examples, articles, videos or presentations, a company profile.

Step 3 of 4

Your goals and interests

Brief answers are fine. Change anything you like before you share it.

Let's explore what we could build together.

Tell us a little about where you are today and what you'd like to accomplish. Brief answers are fine; we can build on them in our conversation.

The experience, industries, or relationships you'd like to build on. If you've already shared a profile or document, there's no need to repeat it.

You might be working independently, exploring something new, or looking to expand what you already do.

What would make this collaboration worthwhile for you?

For example: shaping opportunities, finding delivery expertise, developing proposals, or handling administration.

An early thought is enough. There's no need to share customer names or confidential information.

What would you enjoy leading, where would you welcome support, and what pace would fit your current commitments?

How to reach you

We will email you to confirm we have it. A person at RGC4 reads every introduction.
