Customers do not browse providers, and providers do not bid against each other in public.
What we ask of you
The expectations are published, acknowledged before your first offer, and measured from data the system already holds rather than from anyone's impression.
- Respond to offers and submit quotes within the stated windows
- Run the weekly client status meeting and file the report
- Raise scope, schedule, or budget changes before doing the work
- Submit deliverables that meet the milestone's acceptance criteria
- Escalate dissatisfaction, delivery risk, or a security incident the same day
Your work stays yours
Your methods, tools, and proprietary material stay yours. Documents you upload carry a sharing label you choose, and provider-proprietary material is never shown to another provider or to a customer without your release. Engagement information stays inside the engagement — it is never reused as marketing material or as AI training data.

Not employment
- This is not employment. RGC4 is not an employer, job-placement service, or franchise.
- There is no salary and no guaranteed income.
- There are no guaranteed leads, projects, or revenue.
- Projects and hours are not guaranteed.
Approval and terms
- Participation is subject to review and approval.
- Providers must be approved before receiving project access.
- Providers may be required to supply insurance, certifications, references, security information, or compliance documentation.
- Compensation and account ownership are governed by a separately executed agreement.
- Rates and terms are agreed in writing per engagement.
Confidentiality
- Confidential terms are discussed during qualification, not published.
- Customer and opportunity information remains confidential.
- Providers may not contact or contract around RGC4 for registered opportunities.

Questions people ask
How do I get work?
The system offers it to you. When an engagement is ready, eligible providers are ranked for fit and the work is offered to the best fit first. You accept or decline within a fixed window.
Do I bid against other providers?
No. You quote against a scope RGC4 has already defined, and you never see another provider's quote. Nor do they see yours.
Will I know who the customer is?
Not until you accept the offer and acknowledge confidentiality for that engagement. Until then you see the scope, the requirements, the industry, and the size band.
Do you take my methodology?
No. Your tools and methods remain yours. Documents you upload carry a sharing label you choose, and proprietary material is never distributed without your release or used as AI training material.
When do I get paid?
Per milestone, once the customer accepts it. Payment timing is set in the agreement. RGC4 does not pay out against work a customer has not accepted, and does not ask you to wait on work they have.
What if the customer is unreasonable?
Escalate to RGC4. Sitting in the middle is the point — governance, change control, and the acceptance gate exist so that disagreements are resolved against a written scope rather than by whoever is more forceful.
