These terms apply to your use of rgc4.com and the RGC4 Collaboration Network website (the "site"), operated by RGC4, LLC, an Illinois limited liability company ("RGC4"). By using the site you agree to them. If you take part in the network as an Advisor, Service Provider or customer, the agreement you accept governs that relationship and prevails over these terms.

Nothing on the site is an offer of employment, an offer of work, or a promise of leads, projects, income or results. RGC4 is not an employer, a job-placement service or a franchise. Participation is subject to RGC4's review and approval, and RGC4 may decline an application without giving a reason.

Information you submit must be accurate and your own, and you must have the right to share anything you upload. Do not submit government identification numbers, banking details, complete contact lists, or anyone else's confidential information. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in to yourself. RGC4 may suspend or close access that is misused or that puts others at risk.

You may not use the site to break the law; to access, or attempt to access, information that is not yours; to collect information from the site by automated means; to send spam or solicitations through its forms; to upload malicious code; or to interfere with the site's operation or security.

The site, its text, design, logos and materials belong to RGC4 or its licensors. You may view and share pages for your own business purposes, but may not copy or reuse the site's content commercially without RGC4's written permission. RGC4 and RGC₄ are trademarks of RGC4, LLC. What you submit remains yours; you allow RGC4 to use it to operate the site and the network as described in the Privacy Policy.

How RGC4 collects and uses personal information is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

The site relies on services from other companies, including hosting, email delivery, document storage, video delivery and AI processing, and may link to other websites. RGC4 is not responsible for third-party websites or their content.

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, RGC4 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and does not promise that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Content on the site is general information, not professional advice.

To the fullest extent the law allows, RGC4 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or business, arising from your use of the site, and RGC4's total liability arising from the site is limited to one hundred US dollars. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, and they do not change any agreement you accept to participate in the network.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from the site will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, and you and RGC4 consent to their jurisdiction.
