About

Business outcomes first. Technology follows.

RGC4 connects independent companies with complementary relationships and capabilities to create and deliver opportunities they may not be able to access or execute independently.

Why it exists

Two shortages sit next to each other and rarely meet. Experienced people leave organisations holding relationships and judgement but no delivery capacity. Capable delivery firms have capacity but no route to the customer. Each could solve the other’s problem, and mostly they do not, because the structure between them — qualification, scope, contracts, governance, payment — is more work than either wants to build.

RGC4 is that structure.

What RGC4 is not

  • Not an employer. There is no salary and no guaranteed income.
  • Not a job-placement service or a franchise.
  • Not a lead list. Opportunities come from relationships participants already have.
  • Not a reseller. RGC4 holds no vendor partnership that would bias a recommendation.
  • Not a directory. Customers do not browse providers, and providers do not bid in public.

How it operates

Participating companies remain independent. RGC4 holds the customer relationship and the commercial risk, sets the scope and the price, and governs delivery. The seller stays the person the customer trusts. The provider does the work they are good at.

The rules are published on one page and the system enforces them the same way for everyone, which is the only version of fairness that survives contact with a disagreement.
