Business outcomes first. Technology follows.
Most failed initiatives were not badly built. They were badly defined. RGC4 starts with the problem, assembles the right people around it, and gives you a scope you can actually approve.
Start with the problem
A vendor arrives with a product and works backwards to your problem.
The problem
We start at the problem.
What solving it is worth
We establish what solving it is worth.
What should be built
Only then do we discuss what should be built.
Sometimes the honest answer is that you should not build anything yet.
What you can use RGC4 for
Engagements are sized to what you actually need, and expand only when the result justifies it.

Why the recommendations are neutral
RGC4 does not resell a platform and is not a partner of the vendor whose product you might buy. The delivery partners are matched to your requirements — including your insurance, geography, certification, and data-residency rules — by a filter that applies those rules literally, before anyone's opinion is involved.
- Vendor-neutral recommendations
- Senior-led engagements
- Defined business outcomes and clear approval gates
- No forced long-term commitment
- Your information is reviewed before any provider introduction
What happens to your information
Your requirements are used to match delivery partners and for nothing else. We do not sell your information, we do not use it as training material, and we do not introduce unrelated vendors to you. Your own compliance rules — data residency, approved AI providers, insurance minimums — are recorded once and enforced on every engagement thereafter.

Questions people ask
Are you a reseller?
No. RGC4 does not resell a platform and holds no vendor partnership that would bias a recommendation.
Will I be passed around a sales team?
No. One relationship owner stays with you throughout, and RGC4 coordinates delivery behind them.
What if we are not ready to buy anything?
That is a normal outcome of a good discovery, and it is a legitimate place to stop. Engagements start small on purpose.
How do you choose who delivers the work?
Your hard requirements — insurance limits, geography, certifications, data residency, approved AI providers — are applied literally as a filter first. Only providers that pass every one are considered, and the rest are excluded with the reason recorded.
What happens to the information I send you?
It is used to define the work and match delivery partners. It is not sold, not used as training material, and not shared with a provider you have not approved.
