Sellers
Your network didn't get laid off.
The relationships you built over a career are still there. RGC4 gives you the structure to act on them — discovery, delivery, contracts, invoicing — without building a company around yourself.
The market changed
Experienced sellers and operators are leaving organisations faster than those organisations are replacing them. What ended was a job. What did not end is the judgement you developed, the industries you understand, and the people who take your call.
Your relationships are the asset
Customers are inundated with vendors who have never run anything. Someone who has sat on their side of the table, understands the constraint they are actually under, and can say honestly when something is a bad idea, is scarce. That is worth more now, not less.
Going it alone is harder than it looks
Most people who try independently discover the same thing: finding the work is not the hard part. The hard part is everything behind it.
- Scoping work you cannot personally deliver
- Finding delivery people you would stake your reputation on
- Contracts, insurance, and procurement paperwork
- Invoicing, collections, and chasing payment
- Governance when a project drifts
RGC4 is the back office
You own the relationship. RGC4 handles the rest — qualifying the opportunity, assembling delivery, issuing the scope, running the paperwork, and governing the engagement. You stay the person the customer trusts, which is the part only you can do.
Opportunity Registration
Register a specific opportunity and hold it while you work it
Structured Discovery
Structured discovery, run with you rather than around you
Provider Matching
Vetted delivery partners matched to the actual requirement
Proposal & SOW Support
Proposals, scopes of work, contracts, and invoicing handled
Delivery Governance
Delivery governance, so a project in trouble surfaces early
A stop-gap for some, a second career for others
Some people use RGC4 while they look for their next role, and that is a legitimate use of it. Others build something durable. We would rather you decide which after you have seen how it works than commit to either now. Keep job-hunting — a network that asks you to stop is asking for something it has not earned.

Questions people ask
Is this a job?
No. There is no salary, no guaranteed income, and no employment relationship. You participate as an independent party under a separately executed agreement.
Should I stop looking for a role?
No, and we would be suspicious of anyone who told you to. Some people use RGC4 between roles; others build something lasting. Decide after you have seen how it works.
Do I have to give you my contacts?
No. We ask about relationships by title and level so we can match opportunities sensibly. We never ask for a contact list, and you should not send one.
What if I cannot deliver the work myself?
That is the normal case. You own the relationship; RGC4 assembles the delivery team from the provider network and governs the engagement.
How do I know another seller will not take my account?
You register a specific opportunity — one customer, one problem — and it is protected while you are actively working it. Protection is earned by the specificity of what you registered and by continued activity, not by claiming an account.
What does it pay?
Compensation is set in the agreement and discussed during qualification. We do not publish commercial terms, for the same reason you would not expect a customer to publish theirs.
Apply as a Seller
A short application. It should take about five minutes. We do not ask for your contact list, and we never will.
